MUDATA's customer service is available from :

by phone, email or post.
MUDATA's after-sales service is at your service to repair the equipment after obtaining a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You will be asked to provide a description of the problem with the damaged equipment.
All MUDATA setworks are guaranteed for 5 years (excluding the keyboard) and subject to normal use (see article 7.2.2 Conventional warranty of our general terms of sale), starting from the date of delivery of the product.
The warranty for all other products supplied by MUDATA is one year.
All equipment repaired by MUDATA come with an extended warranty of 6 months.
MUDATA does not provide any repair service for encoders sold.

All requests for support by phone are assigned a support ticket number. Billing is based on time spent (a minimum amount will be announced when the call is answered).
