MUDATA is organised to troubleshoot theirs equipment in the shortest times and to dispatch them in standard exchange worldwide. In the case of a standard exchange, the replaced equipment must be fully sent back to MUDATA within a week.

The customer can choose between these both services offered at different costs, which are charged in a lump sum so as to be clear and efficient. (1) Subject to normal operation. (2) In France and for a standard equipment, subject to a failure coming from the forwarding company.
